There are instants when it is felt sharp necessity for support. We feel, that ours internal force insufficiently and we do not know, where it to take. What to do, if this support which is necessary to us, how air, we do not receive from relatives?

The part of decisions which we accept in a life, does not support our environment. There are principles which for us are very important, others can consider their senseless or even dangerous. It can concern various spheres of a life.

Someone decides to throw study, someone chooses instead of operation to treat illness in the nonconventional way, starvation type, someone refuses at the last minute the planned wedding, someone unexpectedly leaves for ever in other city, someone leaves a family, someone throws successful career and decides to begin business with zero.

Any of similar decisions seems our close too serious and involving so big consequences, that they protest, dissuade us and even try to prevent. In большей degrees because do not believe that at us will turn out. Are afraid, that we will spoil to ourselves a life or even we will be lost (as, for example, in a case with refusal of operation). I have tried to spend recently 3 day starvation with an exit of one and a half week (3 days juice, then only fruit-vegetables).Не without the aid of your calendar for February, it at me has turned out. But … having reached result a minus of 5 kg (from superfluous 10, i.e. half) - I have relaxed, though is and it would not be desirable - on a pancake week налопалась pancakes and have rushed so already the whole 6 days for which everything has returned almost, without an increase.
Now a question: starving, I felt myself perfectly if not having razed … now I wish to repeat starvation again. Whether It is possible so soon? And how it will affect a metabolism?
Whether it is possible to avoid consequences of failures? (For example to drink a lot of laxative)

1) you should be trained on one-day starvations. And an ideal to do once a week 36-hour starvation (since evening, days +до mornings of next day). They help to train will and easier to concern meal. Only after that (4-6 one-day trainings of times in a week) again to try 3 day starvation. And in the first and second day after an exit (when it is already possible to eat all) to you necessarily to supervise itself and not to overeat. For all this time you will start to concern meal more easy. Failures will avoid easier.

Once I have noticed feature of the organism. It has appeared, that my most favourite delicacies - the cake, a cooking both other flour and sweet products give me at once two unpleasant consequences.
